Dr. Michael O. Ohochukwu 

Dr. Michael O. Ohochukwu  is a Lecturer in the department of Marketing, Faculty of Management Sciences. He hails from Nkarahia Isiokpo in Ikwerre Local Government Area of Rivers State. He obtained his First School Leaving certificate (FSLC) in 1989 at ST. Peter’s Primary School Isiokpo. He got his west African School certificate in1995 at Government Secondary School Isiokpo.  For his higher Education, he studied Marketing at Then Rivers State Polytechnic Bori now Ken Saro Wiwa Polytechnic ,Bori  between 1997 -2003, Obtaining his HND . He obtained a Post Graduate Diploma (PGD)  in Marketing From Enugu State University of Science and Technology, Between 2010 – 2012. Dr. Michael Ohochukwu proceeded to the Rivers State University in 2014 and completed his master’s degree (M.sc.) in Marketing in 2016. Like Oliver twist, who wanted more. He sojourned for his terminal degree at the Ignatius Ajuru University of Education in 2017 and by December 2020 , he accomplished his Doctorial degree (Ph.D).before joining the academia in 2022,  he had  over 20 years of experience in the industry, serving as sales representative, Logistics officer, even marketing manager in Insurance and Oil industries. He is a  member of several professional bodies like: National institute of Marketing of Nigeria. NIMN, Global Maritime Distress Safety System. GMDSS. He has attended Several conferences and presented papers and as a scholar, he has to his credit local and international publications. He is married and blessed with three adorable children.
