SUBJECT: NELFUND Loan Refund and Reconciliation Exercise
The University Management, under the leadership of the Acting Vice Chancellor, Prof. Okechuku Onuchuku, is taking passionate and proactive steps to ensure 100% refund and reconciliation of students’ NELFUND loans.
Management hereby confirm that 92% refund and fees settlement have already been completed. Therefore, this serves as a call to all students with pending NELFUND loan issues to present themselves before the Management, Bursary, and ICTC for immediate resolution and refund where applicable.
Details of the Reconciliation Exercise:
- Date: Friday, 25th September, 2026
- Time: 12:00pm
- Venue: Post Graduate Hall (PG School Building)
This financial/loan reconciliation exercise applies to all sessions of NELFUND operations: 2023/2024, 2024/2025, and 2025/2026.
Students are required to come with:
- Their bank statement of account
- An active account number linked to their NELFUND applications
- Your cooperation is highly appreciated as we work towards complete resolution.
